How Keno works

Instead of spinning reels, Power Keno serves up a lottery-style draw. You choose between 2 and 10 numbers on the 8x10 grid (80 in total), commit a stake between C$0.10 and C$50, and Igrosoft's RNG then pulls 20 numbers from the pool. Payouts hinge on two factors: how many numbers were in your pick, and how many of those actually matched the draw. As a rough guide, picking 4 and hitting all 4 pays around 50x stake; picking 10 and matching 6 lands roughly 10x.

The pay-table is exposed inside the game itself — hover over any pick count and the per-hit multiplier grid appears. Progressive jackpot pool

The progressive pool is what separates Power Keno from generic Keno clones. Every wager placed on the game anywhere contributes C$0.01 into a shared jackpot pot that sits above the standard pay-table. Whoever picks all 10 numbers and matches all 10 in a single round scoops the pool into their balance. The mathematical odds of that 10-of-10 outcome on 20 draws from 80 land at approximately 1 in 8.9 million — genuinely uncommon, but with thousands of rounds cycling through Igrosoft's global pool every hour, hits happen often enough to keep the counter meaningful.

Igrosoft caps the pool at the equivalent of 100,000x the maximum stake on their side. Practically speaking, if you're betting C$50 and land a 10-of-10 while the pool is topped up, the total windfall can reach C$5,000,000 — though the exact figure depends on the pool state at that instant plus any in-round side-bets you've layered on. Those side-bets let you back a specific match-count band (something like "6 or more matches") for an extra C$0.05 to C$0.50 per round, stacked on top of the base stake.

Strategy

Keno is fully RNG-driven and every round is statistically independent, so no picking system out-manoeuvres the maths. That said, a handful of levers are worth thinking about. Pick count matters most: 5 to 7 numbers is the mathematical sweet zone for regular small returns. For session bankroll, 100x base bet (C$10 at the C$0.10 minimum) is a workable floor — low variance means thin bankrolls survive longer here than on reels. Keep stake sizing at 0.5-1% of your session budget per round; the low-volatility profile rewards patience over a handful of big single stakes. On the jackpot: don't chase it — the 1-in-8.9-million ceiling means any pool hit is a bonus, never a plan.
